Personal data treatment policy (art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and art. 13 of GDPR 679/2016)

 

In compliance with the mandatory provisions and purposes of the EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”), MAIN GROUP TECHNOLOGIES Srl adopts this policy, through which it provides information on the ways in which all the personal data collected or supplied to us by you will be treated; therefore, we inform you that by providing your personal information and data in the cases described below, you acknowledge and accept the treatments described in this policy.

Data controller

The data controller is MAIN GROUP TECHNOLOGIES Srl, a single-member company – with registered office in Vigevano (Italy), Via Morosini no. 6 – whose legal representative is Dr. Giovanni Gaia, who appointed co-controllers, managers and people entrusted with and/or responsible for the treatment of your personal data; the names of these subjects are reported in the company treatment register, which can be consulted upon request to be sent to the Data Controller.

Type of the treated data and legal provisions

The personal data subjected to the treatment include those relating to biographic details, image/physical identity, agreements and curricula.
The lawfulness of the data treatment relies on the legitimate interest of MAIN GROUP TECHNOLOGIES Srl to obtain the information necessary to assess the skills and experiences of the applicants and evaluate any hiring or cooperation opportunity.
The application does not need to provide any specific data according to art. 9 of GDPR or any judicial information, except for the data relating to disabled workers pursuant to the applicable regulation (Law 68/99) on the employment of disabled people; these subjects shall have to prove the satisfaction of the requirements set forth in the legislation above, without specifying any specific disorder. The provision of the data is optional, however the failure to provide them shall prevent the data from being treated and, consequently, any labour relationships and/or cooperation from being established.

Purposes of the treatment

The personal data collected through the “work with us” section on the www.maingroup.com website (including both personal and curricula data) shall be processed in order to assess the skills necessary to evaluate any hiring or cooperation opportunity at MAIN GROUP TECHNOLOGIES Srl or its associated companies.

Treatment methods

The data controller and the appointed co-controllers, managers and people entrusted with and/or responsible for the treatment are authorise to treat personal data in respect of and in compliance with the specific designation documents attached to the treatment register and in respect of the specific purpose for which the personal data are collected, with the immediate elimination of the data not necessary for the pursuit of the same purpose.
The data shall be treated through electronic and/or printed supports or shall be entrusted to third parties for their treatment and storage (MAIN GROUP TECHNOLOGIES Personnel Office – Via Morosini no. 6 – 27029 – Vigevano, Italy.)

Storage

The data shall be treated through electronic and/or printed supports and shall be stored on electronic and/or printed supports duly protected by means of security measures intended to guarantee the privacy of the subjects in question.
The data communicated shall be kept for 5 years, unless the right of immediate cancellation is exercised, in order to contact the applicant in case of new employment opportunities.

Subject’s rights

According to the GDPR, you are entitled to the following rights whose exercise methods are specified in the treatment register of the company: a) access to your personal data; b) amendment, integration and cancellation; c) limitation of the treatment; d) portability; e) opposition to the treatment; f) the ability to lodge a complaint to a supervisory authority (Data protection authority.)
